Authorship Policy

Authorship should accurately reflect meaningful contributions to the work.

Authorship should accurately reflect meaningful contributions to the research and preparation of the manuscript. All individuals listed as authors should have made substantial contributions to the research and should have participated sufficiently in the preparation, revision, or intellectual development of the manuscript.

All listed authors should:

  • Approve the final version of the manuscript.
  • Agree to its submission to IJSMF.
  • Take responsibility for their contributions.
  • Disclose relevant conflicts of interest.
  • Agree to the publication of the work.

Changes in Authorship

Any request to add, remove, or reorder authors after submission should be communicated to the editorial office with an explanation and confirmation from all affected authors. The journal may require written agreement from all authors before approving an authorship change. Authors should finalize the author list before submission whenever possible.
